- Born in Toronto, Shane Kelley lives in Vancouver, British Columbia with her two sons. Her career as a photojournalist began with the Toronto Sun as one of the first two female Canadian photojournalists working for a major daily newspaper. After several years at the Sun, Shane moved to the Toronto Star and then the Montreal Gazette for 15 years shooting news, sports and general photojournalism. She was also well known for her popular Style column that appeared in the Montreal Gazette each week (article and photographs)for 15 years. Shane's work has appeared in numerous publications; Time, Newsweek, Town & Country, People, Variety, Hollywood Reporter, Women's Day, USA Today, New York Times and more. Clients have included; United Nations, Canadian Prime Ministers Pierre Trudeau & Joe Clark, Chanel, Oscar de la Renta, Bank of Montreal, Sheraton & Hilton Hotels, Just For Laughs International Comedy Festival (festival photographer for 10 years) and many other great faces and places.
